Today we start to distribute our job so that we can confirm what is the area we are focusing and what can we do. What should we do when we go to iis. So i focus on my coding because is very hard to find out the coding for the gif converter.

Today we meet in IIS to collect the equipment from Fiona. After collect the equipment me the technical leader and logistic leader gerry start to set up computer so that we can try. We try to download the software in the laptop but mostly are downloaded. So i start whether the software given are up to date. Then i set up the camera and try to explore on the equipment.
After that me and angela did some discussion about the interface design. And we decide to refine abit of the design. So i ask angela to make it nicer while i am dealer with kinect.

Then i help gerry to find out the planning for the logistic .
After that i go to find code: capturing image using flash and store in php and try screenshot and save the images.

Today class, i try to set up the computer like yesterday. We start up the computer and every equipment then I start research on other roup progress that are using kinect as well. So the technical leader of each team can share info because kinect is still new to us.
Then i download as3 nui to my computer because we using flash to connect.
After doing some research our group found out that camera cannot do continuous capture so we went for the contingency plan to do video. Then we realised that if we do video we cannot connect to our problem which is teaching people how to dance joget.
We get some feedback about the installation. And Shahnim suggested that we can use some folktale like sang kancil to create a installation. And since the creator is currently at the one academy we can get his approval.
